These Terms govern your use of apps published by 3T Apps on the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
You must have a valid Atlassian account and the required JSM license tier. You agree to use our apps in accordance with Atlassian's Marketplace Terms and all applicable laws.
Apps are licensed under the Bonterms Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Your license is tied to your Atlassian Marketplace subscription and the instance on which the app is installed.
You agree not to reverse engineer our apps, bypass security measures, use them for unlawful purposes, or share your license with unauthorised parties.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data solely to provide the app's functionality.
Support is provided by email at support@3t-apps.com, Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM CET, with a response target of one business day.
Our apps are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3T Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our apps.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
