These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apps published by 3T Apps on the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any 3T Apps product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use our apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps in accordance with the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and any applicable subscription terms.

3. App Functionality

Our apps are provided as-is. We strive to maintain and improve our apps, but we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3T Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our apps.

Support is provided via email at support@3t-apps.com during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CET).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
